JOB SUMMARY

Lead generation, estimation and management of the project from “cradle to grave” throughout the build/installations life-cycle

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a “Welding & fabrication Project Manager” with knowledge or back ground related to that field
Able to maintain existing relationships with clients, build upon them and generate new clients.
Full understanding of standard welding processes and related operations
Able to determine appropriate methods for completion of varying welding projects
Ability to generate cost proposals based on information provided from blueprints, site visits, samples parts and interactions with customer representatives
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills a necessity
Previous hands-on welding experience an asset (but not required)
Basic knowledge of machining techniques an asset (but not required)

INDUSTRIAL MILLWRIGHT

JOB SUMMARY

Read and interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams and drawings to determine work procedures
Trouble-shoot, observe and perform diagnosis of mechanical equipment failures and corrective actions
Analyze machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems
Repair and replace defective or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment
Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of the repairs
Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts, perform inspections and repairs
Use machine tools (grinders, drill press, and saws) to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set up of machinery
Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment
Operate lift machines as required in the performance of job duties

Minimum 10 years experience as a Project Manager with a hands-on Machining background
