JOB SUMMARY
- Lead generation, estimation and management of the project from “cradle to grave” throughout the build/installations life-cycle

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a “Welding & fabrication Project Manager” with knowledge or back ground related to that field
- Able to maintain existing relationships with clients, build upon them and generate new clients.
- Full understanding of standard welding processes and related operations
- Able to determine appropriate methods for completion of varying welding projects
- Ability to generate cost proposals based on information provided from blueprints, site visits, samples parts and interactions with customer representatives
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills a necessity
- Previous hands-on welding experience an asset (but not required)
- Basic knowledge of machining techniques an asset (but not required)

INDUSTRIAL MILLWRIGHT
JOB SUMMARY
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams and drawings to determine work procedures
- Trouble-shoot, observe and perform diagnosis of mechanical equipment failures and corrective actions
- Analyze machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems
- Repair and replace defective or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment
- Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of the repairs
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts, perform inspections and repairs
- Use machine tools (grinders, drill press, and saws) to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set up of machinery
- Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment
- Operate lift machines as required in the performance of job duties
